About me.
I’m just a country boy raised in the city with a talent and passion for preparing the world’s best smoked meats, sides and homemade sauces (that the meat does NOT need). I am the inventor of Ethan’s Famous Smoked Sundae which is my take on the barbecue version of an ice cream sundae. I also love to prepare fried turkeys, fried seafood, and fried or baked wings.
Being born and raised in the south, I take pride serving ALL my products with a side of Texas hospitality. I am certain that Ethan’s Que will create a positive memory, and leave a pretty good taste in your mouth.
